Miss February/July:

I am a 25 year old physiotherapist, normally very shy but I just couldn’t say no to doing the calendar. What a great way to make money for a good cause.
Having never done anything like it before I didn’t know what to expect, but it was not as bad as I thought. I had a momentary panic when I turned up for the first shoot and saw my other team mates getting naked! But after watching a few others before me (who I thought were being very brave!) I actually enjoyed it when it was my turn!
A second shoot was needed, and was much easier, probably because it wasn’t the first time I’d met the photographer (although it was all new to him too!) and I had gotten more used to being photograhed naked, its quite embarrassing.
It took 3 hours for Terry to get the photos, probably because I struggled with putting on a sexy face! It wasn’t as easy as I thought, and actually very painful!!! My back ached for days from over arching.
I think he did a great job with us all, and we were all pleased with our shots.
Luckily Terry has got a great sense of humour, so it was a good giggle!
Its given everyone who knows me a good laugh, and I hope they sell well so we can keep raising money one year on from the tsunami.

Miss October:

Right…well being a slightly larger lady than the rest of this svelte bunch, I was a bit more apprehensive about baring all. But to my surprise, once we got into Terry’s garage and I saw the array of cameras, tripods, lights, etc. something inside me twigged! This was my destiny!

I soon relaxed. Terry (or Rat as he’s more affectionately known) made all the girls feel very at ease. Until I read his confessions on this website, I thought he was a true pro. Well, you had me fooled Rat!

I have to admit, exposing my ‘assets’ to people I hardly know was a tad strange at first. Once we got into it though, it was clear we all had a bit of exhibitionism inside us. Mine didn’t need much encouragement to emerge, especially with comments like ‘You’ve got lovely boobs!’ from the girls!

The end result is a credit to Rat and all the girls. What started off as hugely daunting ended up being one of the most liberating and enjoyable experiences of my life. Who would have thought it would turn out this bloomin’ brilliant?! I’m chuffed and proud of everyone involved.
